Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Supportive Environment - You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who want you to succeed. Our focus on support and stability means you'll always have someone in your corner.
  • Flexible Scheduling - Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle (afternoons, evenings, or school-day hours available) -because good jobs also support work-life balance.
  • Paid Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement - We value every minute of your workday and ensure you're compensated fairly for it.
  • Career Growth & Higher Pay Tiers - Earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with our full support - and receive a pay increase once certified.
  • Advancement Opportunities - Many of our BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and center coordinators began as Behavior Technicians. We've structured clear growth paths and competitive pay at every level.
  • Competitive Pay - We've increased wages in Ventura to match the value of your impact, with additional pay for ABA experience, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), higher degrees, and RBT certification.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions that change lives - and be paid fairly for the impact you make.
  • Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
  • Collect and record behavioral data using streamlined tools and technology designed to make your job easier.
  • Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to create positive, lasting outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings that recognize your contributions and build your skills.

Training & Development

  • 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including shadowing with experienced clinicians).
  • Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision designed to set you up for success - not stress.
  • Fully supported RBT certification process, including paid preparation time.
  • Continued development opportunities -  so you can build a sustainable, rewarding career.

Schedule & Locations

  • We prioritize stable, predictable schedules to create consistency for our staff and families.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • A passion for helping children and families - and being part of a company that truly values its people.
