Behavior Technician

 Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring for a FT Behavior Technician in Randolph, MA the surrounding areas. If you have experience as a behavior therapist, behavior support aide, childcare provider, teacher's aide, or have held a position related to special education, we encourage you to apply and join our team in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism. Let's Transform Lives Together! 

 
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour 
 
Requirements 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • FT schedule ramp up (from PT) with caseload in Randolph and Brockton
  • Childcare experience required

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role
