We are looking for a full-time Life Skills Teacher to support elementary students (K-5) with complex learning needs in Lynden, WA, and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!
- Must have an active Washington State Teaching Certificate with appropriate Special Education endorsement
- Experience Required: Life Skills and behavior support experience
- Training Required: CPI or other approved de-escalation training
- Serve a caseload of students with cognitive, adaptive, and social-emotional needs in a structured, supportive environment focused on growth, inclusion, and student success
- Administer the WA-AIM state assessment for students working on alternate academic standards
- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals
