This meeting will be held outside of classroom time and without the student.Once a week, the BCBA will meet with each RBT individually while they apply ABA strategies with their student to ensure effective practices and compliance with the BACB standards.BCBA and RBTs will meet regularly to ensure that they are meeting the required minimum 5% supervision required by the BACB.Compensation: BCBA will receive a stipend - $250.00 per RBT per month.
