Full Time - Advanced Behavior Technician (Advanced BT)The Advanced Behavior Technician (Advanced BT) role is designed for highly experienced Behavior Technicians who are flexible and motivated staff who are seeking to deepen their ABA experience while supporting the dynamic needs of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience under multiple BCBAs, exposure to a variety of client profiles and behaviors, and collaboration across different settings with BCBAs and mid-level supervisors. The Advanced BT will play a dual role: providing direct ABA support as needed and assisting with organizational support tasks. On days when substitute coverage is not required, the Advanced BT will be assigned administrative tasks by a BCBA or provide field support to new Behavior Technicians to ensure quality service delivery. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours, though flexibility is critical as there are no permanent case assignments.
