The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC-SLPs for In-Person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision in Philadelphia, PA at Northeast Community Propel Academy. The Stepping Stones Group provides you with unparalleled support and surrounds you with responsive and supportive clinical leaders. We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLPMaintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed) Duties/Job Responsibilities include: Provide CF Supervision for CF-SLPs per ASHA guidelines Minimum 6 hours of on-site and in-person direct supervision and 6 hours of indirect supervision activities will occur during each third of the CF experience Provide CF with the mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services. Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills. Complete all records and feedback/ratings within a timely manner.
