Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary will be essential, along with maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
