Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist (OT) provides OT services to clients in home and community settings, performing evaluations, therapy, and caregiver training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home/community therapy and teletherapy sessions.
- Perform developmental, OT, feeding, and sensory evaluations.
- Use standardized assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, Behavioral Analysts).
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing caregiver training.
- Document progress, collect data, and ensure adherence to privacy policies.
- Supervise COTAs, providing guidance and maintaining service quality.
Administrative Duties:
- Submit timely assessments and progress reports.
- Train new COTAs and coordinate schedules.
- Review data, audit COTA documentation, and conduct program evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in OT with a California OT license.
- 5+ years OT experience, 2+ years with children (0-7) with autism.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to serve diverse families.
Physical & Technical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks (kneeling, sitting on the floor).
- Proficiency in Office 365.
