Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Part-Time Morning Schedule → Full-Time Opportunity
$22-$26 per hour | Paid Training | Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement
Locations: Serra Mesa, Mission Valley & surrounding San Diego communities

Community Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time morning cases with a clear pathway to a full-time schedule as additional hours are added. This role is ideal for RBTs looking for consistent early-day work, stability, and professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and independence
- Collect accurate session data using our clinical technology systems
- Collaborate with families and clinical leaders to deliver high-quality, ethical care
- Paid onboarding and clinical orientation
Training & Clinical Support
- Paid onboarding and clinical orientation
- Ongoing supervision by BCBAs in accordance with BACB requirements
- Access to continued learning, feedback, and mentorship
- Strong clinical infrastructure focused on quality and clinician support

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and employment screenings
- Passion for working with children and families
