Are you a compassionate Certified School Nurse (CSN) ready to make a lasting impact? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in West Sacramento, CA. In this part-time Hybrid role, you'll do more than provide healthcare support, you'll help students stay healthy, safe, and ready to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

What We're Looking For:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid California credential authorizing service as a School Nurse
- Pediatric, school-based, or community health experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student health, safety, and success
What You'll Do:
- Manage chronic and acute medical needs for students
- Support and monitor IEP and 504 health plans
- Provide first aid, medication administration, and emergency response services
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and healthcare providers to maintain safe learning environments
- Serve as a health educator and advocate for student wellness
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
