Qualifications: 

  • Current license as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR Certified School Psychologist
  • 3-5 years developing and managing behavioral support programs for individuals with autism in school and community settings
  • Previous experience managing service delivery teams (e.g., supervision, performance management) 

Responsibilities 
  • Deliver behavioral support services including conducting functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers.
  • Conduct needs assessments with school district focused on addressing acute student and program and professional development needs.
  • Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality with assigned district.
