Program Supervisor - BCBA

Job Description

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor to join our team in schools in Kansas City!  The Program Supervisor will support the special education behavioral needs of specialized classrooms. We are dedicated to providing unparalleled support to our professionals, ensuring they are equipped to make a significant impact in the lives of children. Qualifications 

  • Current license as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in KS
  • Working with students with behavioral needs is required

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include writing FBAs/BIPs, collecting data coaching and supporting classrooms staff, supervision of RBTs and Paraprofessionals. Collaborating with school-based leadership on training and professional development opportunities. 
  • Develop, implement and support interventions at the student, classroom and school wide level
  • Work under the oversight of the Program Manager BCBA
