What We're Looking For: 

  • Current license as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • 3-5 years developing and managing behavioral support programs for individuals with autism in school and community settings
  • Previous experience managing service delivery teams (e.g., supervision, performance management)


Responsibilities:

  • Support the special education behavioral needs of specialized classrooms through the delivery of behavioral support services, including supporting the implementation of existing Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Individual Education Plan supports
  • Lead BCBA Team and RBTs/BTs throughout school sites
  • Attend IEP meetings and support teachers in writing annual IEP and/or quarterly progress reports through the addition of progress notes and data related to BSPs, FBAs, and/or BIPs, assisting to ensure accurate reporting
