As a Client Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced client services, business development and recruiting teams. 

In this position you will:
 * Support your Client Services team to maintain and grow headcount with current and inherited clients. Grow client headcount when the opportunity arises and work toward established headcount goals. Reach out to current school districts to upsell and cross sell our services.
 * Submit potential candidates for client openings with clear communication. Set effective expectations with the client regarding interview process.
 * Help recruiters guide candidates through the interview process with necessary interview prep and effectively convey client expectations. 
* While communicating with clients you will set expectations and communicate The Stepping Stones Group's policies and expectations. Identify with clients what sets our company apart from other companies. 
* Meeting KPIs: phone calls per day & email communication, Job orders received, candidate submissions and candidates placed. 
* Work as part of the team to contribute to overall success. 
* Create a positive experience for the clients with effective communication. Ability to become a 'trusted advisor' to our school district partners.
 * Demonstrate a strong interest in learning departmental functions including timecard approval, familiarity with school district clients, special education requirements and licensing.
