We celebrate the diversity of our colleagues and believe by listening, learning, and empathizing with each other's life experiences we become a stronger organization.If you believe every day is an opportunity to make a difference, we would like to meet you!Must be able to travel around Montebello, CA!Job Duties:* Communicates with clients (school districts) and employees (providers) to collect documentation, ensure accuracy, and assists billing specialists with any time related questions that may arise.* Review biweekly employee timesheets and works with Supervisors to resolve issues.* Maintain and update timecard trackers.* Review and reconcile district specific logs against time entered in Kronos.* Communicate with internal groups regarding issues pertaining to time logs and time sheets.* Ability to go onsite to the school district and travel amongst multiple sites.Required Qualifications:* Experience with Microsoft Office products* Advanced Excel skills* Superior written and verbal communication skills.* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.* Self‐ motivated, time efficient and proactive* Reliable transportation and current driver's license
