Key Responsibilities - Serve as a primary contact for customers, therapists, clinical managers, and account executives on billing issues. - Perform daily accounts receivable (A/R) invoicing and post transactions in the billing system. - Research and resolve payment discrepancies; communicate with customers as needed. - Manage customer outreach to collect outstanding balances and reconcile disputes. - Run weekly aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts. - Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. - Contribute to process improvement projects across the billing function. - Complete other duties as assigned.
