What We're Looking For:

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure and applicable LBA licensure are required
  • Strong preference for school-based experience, public school consultation experience, MTSS/PBIS familiarity, and classroom behavior systems expertise.
  • Experience coaching teachers, paraprofessionals, student support staff, and campus leaders through classroom observation, modeling, feedback, debriefing, action planning, PLC facilitation, and implementation of proactive behavior supports.
