In this full-time, school-based position, you'll provide exceptional therapy services that help students develop skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while growing your career with a supportive and mission-driven organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university 
  • Appropriate state licensure (NJ)
  • NJ Department of Ed certification is required
  • Ability to evaluate and treat students, helping them negotiate the school environment, improve school performance and engage with their peers 
  • Serves as member of the IEP team for students with physical therapy concerns 
  • Facilitate goals and objectives per child's educational plan 
  • Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for students 
  • Collaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work and build strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administrators 
  • Experience working in schools or with children
  • Position cannot be split

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Therapy: Deliver engaging and effective physical therapy services to students through individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each student's physical development and educational success
