We're hiring passionate Special Instructors (SI) to join our team in Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas! In this part-time role, you'll deliver high-quality early intervention services to children (ages 0-3) in their natural environments-homes, daycares, and community settings. Pay & Benefits:
- competitive hourly rate: W2: $46-$48, 1099: $56-$58
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays for part-time employees
- Drive time and mileage reimbursement (for eligible employees)
- $250+ referral bonus for Behavioral or Mental Health hires

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in early childhood or education preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation
