Part-Time Special Instructor (SI) – Delaware County, PA
Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group
We're hiring passionate Special Instructors (SI) to join our team in Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas! In this part-time role, you'll deliver high-quality early intervention services to children (ages 0–3) in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and community settings. Join us in transforming lives together through compassionate, evidence-based care.

 Pay & Benefits:
    Competitive hourly rate: $46–$48 per hour
    Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays for part-time employees
    Drive time and mileage reimbursement
    $250+ referral bonus for Behavioral or Mental Health hires
 
Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree required
    Experience in early childhood or education preferred
    Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
    Must have reliable transportation
