Occupational Therapist (OT) - Early Intervention & Pediatric Services
Full-Time or part-time | Home & Community-Based | Rates starting at $72 per hour- Delaware County, PA
Provide impactful, family-centered occupational therapy services that support children's development while partnering closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes in natural environments.

At Community Autism Services, we believe pediatric occupational therapy is most effective when clinicians are empowered to work collaboratively, engage families as partners, and deliver evidence-based interventions where children live, play, and learn.

What Working as an Occupational Therapist Looks Like
Total Compensation
We recognize the scope and impact of Occupational therapy and clinical leadership.
- Session range: W2- $72+ and 1099 + $82 (based on experience and market)

Your Clinical Impact
- Deliver OT services in home and community-based settings
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written programs
- Conduct developmental, occupational therapy, feeding, and sensory evaluations
- Apply interventions to improve safety, independence, and participation in activities of daily living
- Assess home and community environments and recommend adaptive strategies or modifications
- Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Partner with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
- Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
- Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams
Work-Life Balance You Can Count On

- Build to Full-time and Part time; home and community-based schedule
- Travel between in-home sessions
- Autonomy in daily scheduling with administrative and clinical support
- Caseload management guidance to optimize service delivery
Leadership & Support
- Support from Regional Clinical Leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active PA State OT license
- Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered care
