Our Approach at CAS
At Community Autism Services (CAS), now partnered with Bluebird ABA, we believe senior clinicians do their best work when they are trusted to lead, mentor, and influence clinical practice while remaining connected to the environments where clients learn and grow most naturally.
Our hybrid model integrates school-based collaboration, home-based family partnership, and community-based generalization, supported by strong leadership systems and clinical resources.
Our approach is grounded in assent-based, child-centered care and a belief that experienced BCBAs are culture carriers, mentors, and clinical decision-makers. This role is designed for clinicians ready to lead across settings without sacrificing balance or support.

  • Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization
  • Support community-based programming (e.g., social skills, adaptive functioning, public access)
  • Monitor outcomes and guide program adjustments to ensure meaningful progress across environments
  • Participate in IEP-related collaboration, case reviews, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours
