Location: Philadelphia, PA
Role Type: Full-Time | Clinical Leadership
Direct Reports: 4 - 8 BCBAs and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs)
Travel Requirements: Local travel within region of service; minimal travel outside region (<5%)

Lead the Work That Matters Most.
You didn't pursue a career in behavior analysis to manage paperwork. You did it to change lives - and to build the kind of clinical culture where every child has a real shot at meaningful progress. At Community Autism Services, the Regional Clinical Manager role exists for exactly that: to put an experienced, values-driven clinician at the center of a team that's hungry for great leadership.
In this role, you will oversee and optimize clinical quality and operations across a designated Philadelphia-area market. You'll ensure the highest standards of ABA services, drive the professional development of your clinical team, and contribute to the strategic growth and success of the organization - all while staying connected to the direct care work that brought you to this field.

Why Senior BCBAs Choose CAS

  • Competitive compensation that reflects your clinical expertise and leadership scope
  • Manageable caseloads that protect time for meaningful supervision and staff development
  • Direct access to National Clinical leadership - you'll be heard, not lost in a hierarchy

  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance to support your long-term financial wellbeing
  • Performance-based bonuses and company recognition awards - monetary, experiential, and beyond
  • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Mileage reimbursement for local travel
  • No non-compete clauses - we believe in clinician-first employment, full stop

Our Clinical Philosophy

At Community Autism Services (CAS), we believe exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional clinical culture. Our approach is grounded in assent-based, child-centered ABA - treatment that prioritizes dignity, learner motivation, and measurable progress in skills that matter to families. We invest in our clinicians because we know that well-supported BCBAs produce the best outcomes for the children and families we serve.
As a Regional Clinical Manager, you will be a primary steward of that culture. You'll model clinical excellence, hold high standards with compassion, and create conditions where BCBAs and LBSs can do their best work.
