The role combines direct clinical leadership with program-level responsibility, including treatment-plan changes, data review, staff consultation, and team leadership. A key expectation is maintaining intimate knowledge of each child's strengths, needs, goals, progress, and current clinical priorities. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Oversee clinical programming across two initial sites Maintain detailed knowledge of all children (current max census of 18) Review data and make clinical programming decisions Monitor treatment fidelity and outcomes Ensure programming is individualized, ethical, and developmentally appropriate Treatment Planning Develop, review, and modify treatment plans Conduct and/or oversee FBAs and BIPs Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data Make timely treatment changes based on clinical need and progress Integrate behavioral programming into natural classroom routines Leadership & Collaboration Lead and/or facilitate weekly leadership meetings Coordinate communication across both sites Partner with CAS leadership and ECE program leadership Collaborate with teachers, related-service providers, and other team members Provide clinical consultation, mentorship, and staff training ECE Partnership Coach classroom teams on treatment implementation Help educators understand individual children's behavioral and developmental needs Support meaningful participation, communication, independence, and social engagement Ensure behavioral services complement the educational environment 240-Day Program Year The ECI/IT program operates on a 240-day schedule.
