What We're Looking For:

  • Must have 1 of the below:
    • Associate's degree in applicable field of study OR 
    • 48 hours of college credits from an accredited college or university OR 
    • Praxis certification
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Professionalism and appropriate boundaries with students
  • Strong communication skills with students and staff
  • Ability to establish clear, consistent expectations while building positive student relationships
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to support structured classroom operations
  • Comfort working in a secure, team-oriented educational environment
