Occasional travel to our other offices in Portsmouth, NH and Danvers, MA for training and coverage may be required. Pay: $75,000 - $92,000 per yearJob SummaryThe Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering speech services to assigned caseloads of preschool-aged learners following evidence-based methodologies. This person will report to the Speech Language Coordinator and Branch Director and will collaborate with all service providers for consistency and generalization of all treatment planning goals in order to maximize student outcomes. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide consultation to the Constellations' team on all speech and language services and child-specific needs Create and monitor all speech therapy sessions and activities as needed for 1:1 therapy sessionsMaintain unbiased data collection on all targeted goals for both SLP treatment plans and behavioral programming Complete mandatory paperwork for all insurance funded casesFor CF-SLPs, proactively communicating with supervising behavior analyst for questions and feedback  Minimum QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceMasters in Speech and Language Disorders/CommunicationLicensed in New Hampshire and/or MassachusettsHold ASHA CCC or CF eligibleBilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus!Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: SLP-CCC, Strong CF candidates considered (Speech Language Pathologist: Certificate of Clinical Competence) Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary.
