Lead & Grow: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus, Suwanee, GA
 
Are you passionate about helping children find their voice? Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is expanding! We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new clinic in Suwanee, GA, and are seeking an innovative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to lead our integrated, collaborative therapy model in a supportive, child-centered environment.
 
Position Type: 
Full-Time or Per Diem
 
Compensation: 
  • Full-Time Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience) 
  • Per Diem Hourly Rate: $66.00/hour (Available for flexible per diem candidates) 
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do: 
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized and informal tools
  • Launch and manage the integrated SLP program in our state-of-the-art Suwanee center
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and other team members through joint goal planning, shared sessions, and co-treatments
  • Deliver evidence-based, assent-focused pediatric therapy services to children ages 2-18
  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy goals

Qualifications: 
  • Active Georgia State SLP License 
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
  • Experience with the autistic population strongly preferred
