The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager for a school-based position in the greater Washington, D.C. area! The BCBA Program Manager will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs. Pay Range: $80-$90/hour ($118,400 - $133,200 annually) plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus What We're Looking For Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the BACBDC Licensed Behavior Analyst issued by the DC Dept of Health - Board of Professional Counseling 2+ years' BCBA experience working with adolescent population Experience working with students with severe cognitive and behavioral needs required, including restraints and crisis prevention Experience working with students with medically fragile needs Preferred: Crisis Prevention cert and CPR cert What You'll DoConduct FBAs and develop individual BIPs, monitoring and adjusting based on student progress and data review Develop data collection methods with fidelitySupervise and mentor RBTs, training on ABA strategies, data collection, and implementation of BIPs Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences Develop safety or crisis intervention plans in collaboration with team Why You'll Love Working with Us We're committed to putting our people first, just like we do our students.
