Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Full-time schedules of 8:00am-4:00pmChildcare experience required Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required Employee Benefits No need for travel between clients; enjoy consistent work at a center!Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification trainingMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits401k Retirement Plan Job DutiesABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
