This is a role for someone who brings both strong technical skill and a genuinely positive, steady presence — the kind of person who keeps a room calm and a team motivated even on hard days. What You'll DoServe as the lead clinical presence for your caseload, writing, adjusting, and overseeing implementation of individualized programming under BCBA supervisionSupervise, train, and provide ongoing feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) supporting your caseloadDesign and refine skill-acquisition and behavior support plans in partnership with your supervising BCBABuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and school-based teamsOversee data collection, progress monitoring, and graphical reporting tied to IEP goalsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute directly to student planning and outcomesMaintain clear, professional communication with families, school staff, and CAS leadership How Success Is MeasuredImplementation Fidelity: instructional and behavior plans implemented with ≥80% fidelity, as measured by supervisor evaluations and implementation checklistsStaff Development: BTs receive documented training and feedback monthly, with measurable improvement in implementation fidelityStudent Outcomes: measurable progress toward IEP goals, based on CAS data tracking systemsDocumentation & Compliance: 100% of assigned documentation, plans, and training logs completed accurately and on time QualificationsEducation: Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required, OR active BCaBA certificationExperience: Significant prior experience in ABA service delivery, including experience supervising or managing staff and independently writing or revising behavior and skill-acquisition plansSetting: Prior experience in a school-based or comparable structured setting strongly preferredApproach: A positive, steady, can-do attitude — someone who leads by example and brings calm confidence to complex situationsSkills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills; comfortable working closely and collaboratively with school staffLogistics: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required  About The Stepping Stones GroupTogether, we are transforming the lives of children and families, improving the quality of therapeutic and behavioral services, and joining with like-minded therapists, clinicians, and educators to have a greater impact in our communities.Community Autism Services (CAS), a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is an equal opportunity employer.
