The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Intensive Behavioral Student Services (IBSS) team as a Program Manager in Peoria, IL. This is a school-based, leadership-level ABA position designed for professionals who are passionate about behavior science, educational outcomes, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students across K-12 settings.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Technicians, Program Supervisors, and BCBA candidates.
  • Oversee treatment fidelity, data collection, and data-driven decision-making at the student, classroom, and district levels.
  • Collaborate with school teams, administrators, and district leadership to align behavior services with educational goals.
  • Lead school readiness assessments and consult on behavior program development for schools.
  • Facilitate and deliver professional development, staff training, and clinical mentorship.
  • Help design and scale internal clinical infrastructure to support student outcomes and staff success.


What We're Looking For: 

  • Master's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Behavioral Analysis, Education, or Psychology 

  • BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

  • Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within school districts while delivering a variety of direct behavioral support as well as program or professional development services

  • Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholder

  • CPI BlueCard Certification and CPR Certification - ideally already has but must be willing to obtain if offered

  • Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs
