The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a full-time, school-based position in Peoria, AZ! The Program Manager will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
Support the special education behavioral needs of specialized classrooms through the delivery of behavioral support services, including supporting the implementation of existing Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Individual Education Plan supports
Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical infrastructure to drive clinical services and produce desired student level and learning community outcomes
Oversee the implementation of developed protocols, services, and practices for assigned district
Effectively collaborate with related service providers (IEP team and campus administration), classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program staff to launch, implement, and assure quality within assigned district
Participate in the IBSS School Readiness Assessment with assigned district
Develop a clear understanding of district current capabilities
Build trust and credibility with school district stakeholders
Communicate with parents of students participating in IBSS classrooms regarding student progress
Participate in parent-teacher conferences for contract staff, and professional development initiatives to promote academic, social, and emotional growth
Provide support, mentoring, supervision, guidance, additional resources, and/or assistance to SSG & district staff in assigned school site
Respond to codes during behavioral and environmental crises
Assist with scheduling as well as the development and delivery of PD trainings for IA and BT staff

What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience working within school districts, ideally with a special education teaching background or prior program administrator who supported specialized services and supports
Knowledgeable on delivering a variety of direct behavioral support as well as program or professional development services
Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholders (e.g., team meetings and consultation with superintendents, special education directors, program specialists, teachers, case managers, agencies, and families)
Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs
