The Program Manager will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs. What You'll DoSupport the special education behavioral needs of specialized classrooms through the delivery of behavioral support services, including supporting the implementation of existing Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Individual Education Plan supports Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical infrastructure to drive clinical services and produce desired student level and learning community outcomes Oversee the implementation of developed protocols, services, and practices for assigned districtEffectively collaborate with related service providers (IEP team and campus administration), classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program staff to launch, implement, and assure quality within assigned districtParticipate in the IBSS School Readiness Assessment with assigned districtDevelop a clear understanding of district current capabilitiesBuild trust and credibility with school district stakeholdersCommunicate with parents of students participating in IBSS classrooms regarding student progress Participate in parent-teacher conferences for contract staff, and professional development initiatives to promote academic, social, and emotional growthProvide support, mentoring, supervision, guidance, additional resources, and/or assistance to SSG & district staff in assigned school siteRespond to codes during behavioral and environmental crisesAssist with scheduling as well as the development and delivery of PD trainings for IA and BT staff Why You'll Love Working with Us We're committed to putting our people first, just like we do our students.
