The CAS Experience
Schedule & Stability
- Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM–3:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch
- Friday: 8:15 AM–12:00 PM
- Services delivered on-site within a structured, secure program setting
- Consistent routines that give youth a stable point in their day
Training, Support & Growth
- Paid onboarding and specialized training for working with intensive behaviors
- Required CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification, provided and maintained through CAS
- Ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs
- Paid RBT certification (training, exam, and supervision included), if not already held

What You'll Do
- Build trusting, consistent relationships with youth in a structured program setting
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans for intensive and complex behaviors
- Respond safely and appropriately to challenging moments using CPI techniques
- Support skill development related to communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines
- Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation
- Collaborate with program staff, educators, and clinical supervisors
- Support youth through transitions, routines, and escalated moments with patience and consistency
- Maintain professionalism and safety awareness in a secure program environment

Pay Information
Hourly Rate: $21.00-$26.00
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills. Additional compensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the individuals and families we serve.

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior ABA experience required
- Experience working with intensive or high-acuity behaviors required
- Must be CPI trained or willing to complete CPI training prior to start
- Must be comfortable responding to physical and verbal aggression as part of routine duties
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning throughout the day
- Responding appropriately and safely to challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement)
- Reliable transportation to the assigned site
- Valid driver's license and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow behavior plans and program routines with consistency
Experience That Transfers Well
- ABA experience with individuals exhibiting intensive or severe behaviors
- Youth services, juvenile justice, or corrections experience
- Behavioral health or crisis intervention work
- School or classroom support roles with high-need populations
- Psychology, criminal justice, or human services background
