Part Time -  Hybrid - 2:00 PM -7:00 PM

What You'll Do 


  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
  • Hands-on experience conducting developmentally appropriate assessments using the Vineland-3 and other standardized measures
  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs 
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making 
  • Coach and model behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians 
  • Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity 
  • Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings 
  • Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed 
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners 
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning 
  • In some regions, provide oversight and mentorship to Associate Clinical Supervisors or those accumulating supervision hours, supporting their growth and development toward independent BCBA practice

Who You Are 


  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field 
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities 
  • Skilled in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and team members 
  • Able to program and provide feedback surrounding challenging behaviors using positive and proactive strategies 
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical, high-quality care 

Schedule & Work Environment 

  • Part Time 2:00 PM-7:00 PM 
  • Home and community-based caseload in the Los Angeles region
  • Travel within your assigned service area
