The Stepping Stones Group is looking for an experienced LVN for a 1:1 student assignment in Fallbrook, CA. As a school-based clinician, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.


What You'll Do 


  • Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care during the school day
  • Monitor respiratory and cardiac status
  • Independently assess and adjust oxygen needs
  • Carry oxygen concentrator (~15 lbs)

What We're Looking For

  • Active LVN License
  • Experience with oxygen titration and seizure monitoring required
  • Experience with catheterization preferred
  • Base access clearance required (approximately 2
  • Experience with pediatrics or school health preferred
