What You'll Do 


  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
  • Hands-on experience conducting developmentally appropriate assessments using the Vineland-3 and other standardized measures
  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs 
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making 
  • Coach and model behavioral strategies for caregivers and behavior technicians 
  • Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity 
  • Facilitate family and caregiver training to generalize skills across settings 
  • Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when needed 
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and school/community partners 
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical training, and continuous learning 
  • In some regions, provide oversight and mentorship to Associate Clinical Supervisors or those accumulating supervision hours, supporting their growth and development toward independent BCBA practice

Who You Are 


  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field 
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities 
  • Skilled in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with families and team members 
  • Able to program and provide feedback surrounding challenging behaviors using positive and proactive strategies 
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical, high-quality care

Center Coordinator

ABA Center Coordinator  Location: Sacramento, CA Pay: $24.00-28.00/hour Community Autism Services (CAS) is dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality ABA services. We are seeking a Center Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure exceptional service for our clients and staff. Position Summary: The Center Coordinator provides administrative oversight for a center-based ABA program. This role ensures efficient scheduling, compliance, and communication while supporting a positive, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee client/team member schedules to ensure efficiency/productivity of the center Assist in covering behavior technician lunches and absences when necessaryReviewing applicants for the Behavior Technician roleInput client schedules in practice management systemEnsure schedule changes are communicated to parents, supervising BCBA and techniciansMaintain parent log and document any issues, as well as monitor and manage parent/staff related concerns that are not clinical in nature (i.e., attendance log, scheduling barriers, professional boundaries)Oversee scheduling of parent meetings for supervising BCBA (as needed)Ensure completeness and accuracy of client record in the practice management platform in coordination with BCBA (i.e., credentialing documents) Perform quarterly client record reviewAuditing client medical record for completeness and following up as needed (i.e., coordination of care)Support session notes audits for compliance alongside clinical teamWeekly data verification for unconverted appointments Maintain client and center supplies and monitor budget accordingly, in coordination with the Clinic Operations Manager, as applicableRequest necessary repairs and/or building maintenance from approved list of vendors. Communicate special needs to Operations Market Manager, in coordination with the Clinic Operations Manager (as applicable)Schedule and track center compliance trainings and center safety drills Ensure completion of all incident reportsCoordinate communication of information among all departments to center team members (i.e., billing, HR, finance, compliance)Oversee center compliance with Center Infection Prevention control plan Complete new hire onboarding with assistance of HR department (in coordination with Clinic Operations Manager where applicable)Assist in training new team members on center policies Assist with new team member technology setup and training Spot checks for compliance with all policies and procedures (i.e., use of admin time, cleaning, etc.)Identify and address any immediate disciplinary issues. Report ongoing issues to the Center ManagerOther duties as needed/assignedQualifications: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsExperience working with children, preferably with special needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities Associate's degree and/or supervisory experience preferred RBT certification or ABA experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred Physical Requirements: Lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, sit, or stand for long periods Reports to: Operations Market Manager Travel: Minimal travel to nearby centers may be required Join CAS and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day.
