The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor - BCaBA for a full-time, school-based position in Fremont, CA! The Program Supervisor will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
What You'll Do
Deliver behavioral support services, including conducting functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral intervention plans, and developing data collection methods
Supervise direct service providers (behavior technicians and/or para-educators)
Disseminate training/professional development plans, content, and materials for SSG IBSS staff and district personnel
Provide clinical support, mentoring, supervision, guidance, additional resources, and/or assistance to clinicians in assigned district with a continued focus on providing ethical and quality services

What We're Looking For
BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB
Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field or Master's degree in ABA or related field
2+ years' experience working within school districts while delivering a variety of direct behavioral support services as well as program or professional development services
Skilled at managing and supervising staff within behavioral support services and successfully engaging with school related stakeholders (e.g., team meetings and consultation with BCBAs, special education directors, program specialists, teachers, case managers, agencies, and families)
Preferred: prior training and experience in organizational behavior management, including management or leadership experience of school-based behavioral support programs
Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality within assigned district
