$25-$28 per hour | Paid Training | Drive Time + Mileage Reimbursement

Community Autism Services is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time cases with a clear pathway to a full-time schedule as additional hours are added. This role is ideal for RBTs looking for, stability, and professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and independence
Collect accurate session data using our clinical technology systems
Collaborate with families and clinical leaders to deliver high-quality, ethical care
Training & Clinical Support
Paid onboarding and clinical orientation
Ongoing supervision by BCBAs in accordance with BACB requirements
Access to continued learning, feedback, and mentorship
Strong clinical infrastructure focused on quality and clinician support
Schedule & Service Areas
Schedule:
Part-time (12:00-7:00 PM)
Opportunity to expand into afternoons and build a full-time schedule
Service Areas: Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Ability to pass background check and employment screenings
Passion for working with children and families
