Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Credentials/License: 
    • certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in good standing with the BACB
    • licensure if required in their state of residence
    • eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates
  • Prior Experience: 
    • at least 2-3 years working with (as sole practitioner or part of a contracted relationship between agency and school districts) or directly for school districts delivering a variety of direct behavioral support and program or professional development services, managing and supervising staff delivering behavioral support services, and successfully engaging with school related stakeholders (e.g., team meetings and consultation with Superintendents, Special Education Directors, Program Specialists, Teachers, Cas Managers, Agencies, and Families)
    • prior training and experience in organizational behavior management and as a manager/leader of school-based behavioral support programs preferred
  • Travel: 
    • ability to travel as needed to school sites within the assigned district to perform direct services and engage with stakeholders (e.g., teachers, principals, district leadership, etc.)
    • The Program Manager role is a flexible hybrid role consisting of both direct service activity performed at school sites and indirect service activity that can be completed remotely.
  • Reporting Relationship:
    • The Program Manager will report to the Director of Clinical Operations

Responsibilities: 
  • Deliver behavioral support services including conducting functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers
  • Conduct needs assessments with school district focused on addressing acute student and program and professional development needs
  • Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality with assigned district.
    • Participation in the IBSS School Readiness Assessment with assigned district
    •  Develop a clear understanding of district current capabilities
    • Build trust and credibility with school district stakeholders
    • Responsible for onboarding and training Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical infrastructure to drive clinical services and produce desired student level and learning community outcomes.
    • Behavioral data collection systems for challenging behaviors, replacement behaviors, desirable alternative behaviors, and IEP goals
    • Impact reports for Individual and aggregated student level outcomes, and classroom, building, and schoolwide outcomes
    • Impact Report templates
  • Develop training and professional development plans with district stakeholders and Director of Clinical Operations
    • Creation and distribution of training/professional development content and materials for SSG IBSS and District personnel
  • Weekly/Monthly/quarterly check-in with district stakeholders and SSG IBSS Leadership (e.g., CDO, CCDO, and Director of Strategic Sales)
  • Provide clinical support, mentoring, supervision, guidance, additional resources and/or assistance to clinicians in assigned district.
  • Serve as a clinical resource, with a continued focus on providing ethical and quality services.
  • Oversee the implementation of developed protocols, services, and practices for assigned district contract sites.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clinicians in districts regarding questions on assessment, intervention, documentation, reports, IEPS/504s, etc.
  • Collaborates with SSG IBSS Career Services Department for filling open positions and to gain knowledge of district policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that service providers supported comprehend and carry out district policies and procedures.
  • Conducts clinical interviews (CIs) with potential clinicians, as needed or requested.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings, as needed.
  • Participates in special projects as they come up.

Additional Duties:
  • Facilitates communication and management of projects between clinicians on site, district staff, and IBSS leadership
  • Will mentor, train, or support staff that are placed in their assigned district in both virtual and on-site capacities
  • Will be responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation of staff delivering services. Will review notes, treatment plans, assessments, and documented delivered service hours, as needed
  • Complete assigned projects, as directed by the IBSS Leadership
  • Managing and providing needed documents for assigned district contract, under the supervision of the IBSS Leadership
