This position requires the BCBA to be in the office or on a school campus during all scheduled work hours.The assigned BCBA will not be able to provide support to private clients during school hours or while working within the district setting.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Providing direct behavioral services to studentsConducting and supporting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Developing and assisting with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Supporting Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Collecting and analyzing behavioral dataProviding behavioral consultations to school teamsTraining, coaching, and mentoring teachers and staffShadowing and supporting classroom teamsSupervising staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as neededCollaborating with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teamsCandidate QualificationsCandidates should be comfortable with:Supporting students across K-12 grade levelsWorking with students with Autism, behavioral needs, Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairments (OHI), and complex support needsProviding services in both General Education and Special Education environmentsSupporting medically fragile students when neededManaging a variety of behaviors and student needsAdjusting caseloads based on district prioritiesWorking across different school sites throughout the districtRequirementsActive BCBA certification/licensureMinimum 1 year of BCBA experience requiredCompletion of required supervision courseworkStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsSupervision Course Requirement:Candidates must provide proof of completion of an 8-hour supervision course.Make a Difference with The Stepping Stones GroupIf you are passionate about supporting students, collaborating with school teams, and using evidence-based behavioral practices to create positive outcomes, we would love to connect with you.Apply today to join The Stepping Stones Group for the 2026-2027 school year!
