Our Associate Clinical Supervisor role is designed specifically for clinicians pursuing BCBA certification who want structured growth, hands-on leadership exposure, and consistent mentorship. 

You'll work in a center-based environment grounded in assent-based, child-centered ABA, supported by experienced BCBAs and clinical leaders who are invested in your development.

Differentiated Pay Structure 

We recognize the different types of work you do - and compensate accordingly. 

  • Direct Service Rate: 26.00-$30.00hour 

  • Supervision / Clinical Support Rate: Differentiated rate based on responsibilities 

  • Administrative / Training Rate: Applied to approved non-client-facing work 

Your mix of direct, supervision, and administrative hours is intentionally designed based on client needs and your supervision plan. Details are reviewed during the interview process.

Clinical Support While You Accrue Hours 

You'll never be left to figure things out alone. 

  • Assigned BCBA supervisor(s) aligned to your development goals 

  • Individual and group supervision to support BCBA hour accrual 

  • Exposure to assessments, program design, and clinical decision-making 

  • Quarterly Clinical Grand Rounds focused on applied learning and case conceptualization 

  • Ongoing feedback, coaching, and skill modeling 

  • Shared clinical resource library with templates, tools, and evidence-based materials to support consistent, high-quality care

Role Overview 

As an Associate Clinical Supervisor, you'll deliver direct ABA services while building foundational clinical leadership skills under the guidance of experienced BCBAs. You'll support programming, supervision, and caregiver education as you work toward independent practice. 

This role is ideal for clinicians enrolled in or completing a graduate program in ABA who want high-quality supervision, structure, and real growth-not just hours. 

What You'll Do 

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting 

  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) under BCBA guidance 

  • Support development and implementation of individualized ABA programs 

  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data and session notes 

  • Model best practices and provide clinical support to Behavior Technicians 

  • Participate in individual and group supervision to accrue BCBA hours 

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity 

  • Attend trainings, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications 

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program in ABA or a related field 

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing 

  • Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities 

  • Previous Lead RBT or mentoring experience preferred 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills 

  • Commitment to ethical, assent-based care and professional growth
