Our Approach at CAS
At Community Autism Services (CAS), we believe strong clinicians are built through high-quality supervision, intentional training, and real-world experience - especially in home and community settings where clinical judgment matters most.
Our Associate Clinical Supervisor role is designed specifically for clinicians pursuing BCBA certification who want hands-on experience with guardrails, consistent mentorship, and a clear development plan while accruing hours.
You'll practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA framework and be supported by Regional Clinical Leaders who are invested in your growth - not just your productivity.
