Schedule & Stability
Full-time, center-based role
Must be comfortable providing a portion of services in home and/or community settings, as needed to meet MassHealth requirements

Role Overview
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months–6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
What You'll Do
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
Collect accurate session data and progress notes
Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)
High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $20.00 – $21.00
Bachelor's Degree: $21.00- $25.00
Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:
Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications
Minimum age of 18
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
No prior ABA experience required - we train you
