monitoring, and written programsConduct developmental, occupational therapy, feeding, and sensory evaluationsApply interventions to improve safety, independence, and participation in activities of daily livingAssess home and community environments and recommend adaptive strategies or modificationsProvide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)Interdisciplinary
