Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention & Pediatric Services

Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $60.00–$70.00 per hour | Santa Clarita, CA
Provide impactful, family-centered speech and language therapy services that support children's communication, feeding, and social development while partnering closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes in natural environments.
This role is designed for pediatric Speech Language Pathologists who value autonomy, collaboration, and purpose-driven work across home and community settings.

Total Compensation
We recognize the scope and impact of speech-language pathology and clinical leadership. • Hourly range: $60.00–$70.00 per hour (based on experience and market)

Your Clinical Impact
• Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings
 • Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
 • Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
 • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
 • Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
 • Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)

Interdisciplinary Collaboration
• Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
 • Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
 • Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams

 • Travel between in-home sessions and/or center-based services
 • Autonomy in daily scheduling with administrative and clinical support

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
 • Active California State SLP license
 • Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings
 • Strong communication and collaboration skills
 • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

Not Ready to Make the Jump—but Know Someone Who Is?
We offer $500 external referral bonuses for SLP referrals and $250 for SLPA referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
