Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention & Pediatric Services
Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | $60.00–$70.00 per hour | Santa Clarita, CA
Provide impactful, family-centered speech and language therapy services that support children's communication, feeding, and social development while partnering closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes in natural environments.

Total Compensation

Your Clinical Impact
• Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
• Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
• Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
• Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs
• Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines
• Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies
• Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed)
Interdisciplinary Collaboration
• Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts
• Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning
• Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California State SLP license
• Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Not Ready to Make the Jump—but Know Someone Who Is?

Speech Language Pathologist
Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Antelope Valley, CA and the surrounding areas (Palmdale and Lancaster)! Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hourEarn $500+ per SLP, Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program Position Overview:Under the supervision of Clinical Regional Managers, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to clients in home and community settings, conducts evaluations, and offers caregiver training. The SLP also supervises assistants, students, and staff. Key Responsibilities:Assess communication skills (articulation, fluency, voice, language) to diagnose disorders and develop treatment recommendations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OTs, PTs, Child Development Specialists).Provide treatment for communication skills in infants/toddlers with developmental or physical disabilities.Supervise CFs, SLPAs, and CDS staff, ensuring compliance with state and ASHA standards.Communicate client progress to staff and caregivers and maintain confidentiality.Develop and instruct alternative communication strategies for clients and families.
