Behavior Technician - Thousand Oaks, CA
Community Autism Services is hiring part-time ABA Behavior Technicians in Thousand Oaks, CA. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a clear path for career growth!

Base Pay Range: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
- Deliver therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collect data and follow treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and caregivers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Childcare or youth experience required (e.g., daycare, babysitting, after-school programs)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute 5-20 miles within the Thousand Oaks area
- Afternoon availability (starting at 3:00 PM)
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of six months
- Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply (not required)
