Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a passionate Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our home and community-based ABA team. What You'll Do
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, and community settings
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance)
- Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management
- Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians
- Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required)
- Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred
- Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset
- Able to travel locally to client homes and schools (up to a 1-hour radius); valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required

Through STA, you'll gain hands-on leadership experience, engage in guided mentorship, and develop the foundational skills needed to become a successful Clinical Supervisor or BCBA. STA provides a formal path to promotion, building the confidence and competence needed to lead with impact.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Services delivered in home and community-based settings
- Based in Santa Clarita Valley, CA and surrounding areas
- No weekends or evening shifts required
- Local travel between client sites/Never Leave SCV!
Compensation & Benefits
