Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a real difference? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a school-based BCBA Program Supervisor to join our team in Stamford, CT!

Available as a local or travel (W2-stipend eligible) position; now offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus! 

What We're Looking For:  

  • Must hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license and be in good standing with the BACB
  • Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the special education behavioral needs of specialized classrooms through the delivery of behavioral support services, including supporting the implementation of existing Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Individual Education Plan supports.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical infrastructure to drive clinical services and produce desired student level and learning community outcomes 
  • Attend IEP meetings and support teachers in writing annual IEP and/or quarterly progress reports through the addition of progress notes and data related to BSPs, FBAs, and/or BIPs, assisting to ensure accurate reporting
  • Deliver professional development (as needed)
