What We're Looking For:
- Currently certified as a BCBA/BCBA-D for a minimum of 2 years and in good standing with the BACB
- Ability to independently work as a BCBA with a variety of clients
- Experience working with students of all age groups with significant behaviors, such as physical aggression, verbal threats, elopement, property destruction, and self-injurious behaviors
- Experience working with typically developing youth
- Experience supervising, leading and collaborating with other professionals in a team setting
- Experience working in the school setting preferred
